Private Investments

We may seek to acquire equity interests that provide either a controlling stake or a significant minority position in privately held companies or, in certain cases, in companies with a limited public float.

We may also seek to acquire or receive positions consisting of 10 or more preferred shares of selected companies. These investments may have a longer investment horizon and may be less liquid than publicly traded securities.

From time to time, the Firm may also establish and sponsor certain special-purpose entities, operating companies, joint ventures, or similar structures to pursue investment and development opportunities within specific industries, sectors, or strategies.
