Brad Dashnaw – Operations Manager

Brad has nearly 20 years of contact center experience. His primary responsibility involves project coordination with all of Stockade’s phone outreach campaigns for fundraising, recruitment and enrollment, and constituent engagement. He is passionate about educating the callers and supervisors who are on the front lines of these campaigns, whether they are members of Stockade’s team or they are students and managers on the campuses of the colleges and universities with which we partner. Through his development of training materials, coaching and instruction, and staff supervision, Brad’s leadership is a key element in the superior results that Stockade delivers to its clients.
